Matt Polk

Matt Polk is the founder and president of Polk & Co, a publicity firm specializing in public relations and media strategies, representing a variety of commercial, nonprofit and institutional clients in theater, film, television and dance.

 

Polk & Co. has been acknowledged as one of the top 50 firms on the Observer’s PR Power lists for seven years.

 

Broadway press campaigns include the Tony Award-winning productions of Appropriate, The Boys in the Band, The Band’s Visit, Come From Away, The Color Purple, Once, Anything Goes, Assassins, Merrily We Roll Along, Nine and The Pajama Game. Current projects include Angry Alan, Buena Vista Social Club, Death Becomes Her, English, Glengarry Glen Ross, Gypsy, Hell’s Kitchen, Just In Time, The Last Five Years, Maybe Happy Ending, Our Town, The Pirates of Penzance, Riverdance, Romeo + Juliet, Smash, Stranger Things and Yellow Face.

Matt began his publicity career in 1998 focusing on not-for-profit and commercial projects including Disney’s Tony Award-winning production of The Lion King, Disney Theatrical Productions and DreamWorks.

Nicolette Carcaldi

Nicolette has been with Polk & Co. since September 2021. She currently represents Death Becomes Her, Purpose, Wicked, Beetlejuice, and Second Stage Theater. Former clients include Romeo + Juliet, Back to the Future, Illinoise, Merrily We Roll Along, An Enemy of the People, Funny Girl, New York New York, Ohio State Murders, Pictures From Home, Beetlejuice, American Buffalo, Sing Street, and Netflix's 13: The Musical and Matilda. Nicolette founded and led her own theatre organization in Orlando, Florida and started her PR career as a communications coordinator with Orlando City Soccer before returning home to Broadway.

Nina Chae-Gordon

Nina Chae-Gordon joined Polk & Co. as a Public Relations Intern in January 2022. She was promoted to Account Coordinator the following month and then Account Manager in January 2025. Nina is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Music and Producing. Nina currently represents Chess, Just In Time, Hell’s Kitchen, Broadway Advocacy Coalition and Black Theatre United. Former clients include Smash, Water for Elephants, Spamalot, Some Like It Hot, The Shark is Broken, Life of Pi, Come From Away, A Strange Loop, and for colored girls...

Lilly Claar

Lilly Claar joined Polk & Co. as an Account Manager in August 2021. She currently represents Gypsy, Buena Vista Social Club, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, and the Terrence McNally Foundation. Past Broadway shows include Our Town, Water For Elephants, Illinoise, Purlie Victorious: A Non-Confederate Romp Through The Cotton Patch, Some Like It Hot, The Shark Is Broken, Life of Pi, Pictures From Home, A Strange Loop, For Colored Girls..., and Macbeth. She has also contributed to film campaigns including The Color Purple (Warner Bros.), Cyrano (United Artists Releasing), The Tragedy of Macbeth (Apple), My Policeman (Amazon), Causeway (Appletv+), The Inspection (A24), and The Whale (A24). Lilly previously worked at Focus Features organizing national publicity campaigns for over 25 feature films. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School of Communication and the NBCUniversal Page Program.

Eileen Conneely

Eileen has served as Operations Manager for Polk & Co since March 2023. Previously, she was the Director of Community and Events at The Executive Council, a community of established and rising corporate executives, startup founders, investors and government leaders.  

Tom D'Ambrosio

Tom has been a theatre publicist for over 30 years, representing productions both on and off-Broadway.  He currently represents Wicked, Buena Vista Social Club, Purpose, and Second Stage Theater. Past productions include Appropriate, Kimberly Akimbo, Topdog/Underdog, Take Me Out, Mr. Saturday Night, The Inheritance, Tootsie, The Boys in the Band, The Trip to Bountiful, War Paint, The Color Purple, Sister Act, If/Then, Rocky, Next to Normal, The Lifespan of a Fact, Come Fly Away, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Pee-Wee Herman Show, Metamorphoses, Hedwig and the Angry Inch and The Little Dog Laughed, among many others.  A graduate of Syracuse University, he previously worked at The Hartman Group, Barlow/Hartman, Richard Kornberg & Associates, James LL Morrison & Associates, Bill Evans, and Jeffrey Richards & Associates.

Chaliece Dillon

Chaliece joined Polk & Co. as an Account Coordinator in August 2021. She started her publicity work as an intern at Big Picture Media. Chaliece is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry. She currently represents Roundabout Theatre Company, Purlie Victorious, and the Shubert Organization. Former clients include Grey House and Fat Ham. 

Colleen Dunn

Colleen is happy to be a part of the Polk & Co. team as an Account Coordinator. Colleen is a graduate of Penn State University where she earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Theater. Originally, from Philadelphia, Colleen worked at a boutique agency for two years before moving to New York City to begin her career in theater public relations. Colleen currently represents Second Stage Theater, Wicked, and Purpose

Ashlyn Fitch

Ashlyn is excited to join Polk & Co. as an Account Coordinator. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Master of Science in Performing Arts Leadership and Management from Shenandoah Conservatory. During her time at Shenandoah, Ashlyn served as Co-President of the Student Theatre Program, Social Media Manager for the Musical Theatre Department, and Co-Producer of the Musical Theatre Senior Showcase. She oversaw both the virtual showcase and the planning and execution of Shenandoah’s first live showcase in New York City. Most recently, Ashlyn completed an internship in Marketing and Public Relations with Allied Global Marketing for their Broadway Touring team.

Meredith Foster

 

Meredith joined Polk & Co. in January 2025 as an account coordinator. She began her career working in publicity, marketing and accessibility for theatre and film festivals across the UK, Ireland and Australia. During her time in New York, she has served as an intern at DKC/O&M and coordinator at Concord Theatricals. Meredith holds a BJ in Strategic Communication and Public Relations from the University of Missouri and an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London. Currently, she represents Death Becomes Her, Gypsy, Hell’s Kitchen, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, Black Theatre United and the Shubert Organization.

Alex Hudome

 

Alex joined Polk & Co. as a Public Relations Intern in February of 2025. Before interning with the company, she worked in the production and script departments on several daytime talk shows, including The Drew Barrymore Show and the Rachael Ray Show. She began her career interning with Broadway Teachers Workshop at Open Jar Studios.

Jessica Johnson

Jessica is a founding member of Polk & Co., working alongside Matt Polk since 2003 for Roundabout Theatre Company.  In that time, she has managed and contributed to over 250 publicity & marketing campaigns for Broadway & Off-Broadway musicals, plays, special projects, and film. Since 2023, she has also served as the Interim Director of Communications for the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) and had the honor to help open the historic center at the World Trade Center.  Recent highlights include the Tony award-winning productions of Buena Vista Social Club, Justin Peck’s Illinoise, Bill Rauch & Zhailon’s Levingston’s reimagined production Cats: The Jellicle Ball, Jamie Lloyd’s Cyrano at BAM, and Kenneth Branagh’s King Lear at The Shed.


Jessica is a member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers. She has guest lectured at Yale University, NYU & Brooklyn College, and has a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
 

Alana Karpoff

Alana currently represents Maybe Happy Ending and Roundabout Theatre Company (Pirates! The Penzance Musical & the 2025-2026 season: Fallen Angels; Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show; Archduke; Chinese Republicans).  Recent highlights: Glengarry Glen Ross starring Kieran Culkin, Bob Odenkirk and Bill Burr; Our Town; English; Liberation, Purlie Victorious; Doubt; I Need That; Grey House; Fat Ham. She previously worked at DKC/O&M where clients included: Oklahoma!; Angels in America; Kinky Boots; School of Rock and Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish. Colgan McNeil

Colgan has been working as a theatrical press agent for nearly 15 years, leading and contributing to publicity campaigns for Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, TV and film projects and institutions. He currently represents Stranger Things: The First Shadow, the revival of Chess starring Aaron Tveit, Lea Michele & Nicholas Christopher, Black Theatre United and Riverdance. Recent highlights include the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Merrily We Roll Along, Funny Girl starring Lea Michele, Come From Away, Illinoise, TINA - The Tina Turner Musical, The Prom (Broadway and Netflix), Back To The Future – The Musical, Romeo + Juliet starring Rachel Zegler & Kit Connor, Burn This starring Adam Driver & Keri Russell, Network starring Bryan Cranston, Misery starring Bruce Willis & Laurie Metcalf, the film adaptations of In The Heights, Tick, Tick…BOOM! and Matilda and The CW’s “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend,” among many others. He previously worked at Disney Theatrical Group and The Hartman Group and is a proud graduate of Hofstra University.

Alex Seeley

Alex started his theatrical PR career in Chicago, working for Cathy Taylor Public Relations. He moved to New York and was an assistant publicist at Richard Kornberg & Associates before joining the Polk & Co team in November 2018. He currently represents Death Becomes Her, Universal Theatrical Group, The 30th Anniversary tour of Riverdance, The Last Five Years starring Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren, Angry Alan starring John Krasinski and the brand new off-Broadway venue Studio Seaview. His past clients include: Romeo + Juliet, An Enemy of the People, Back to the Future – The Musical, the Broadway revival of Merrily We Roll Along, Funny Girl starring Lea Michele, New York, New York, The Inheritance, Tootsie, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune, American Son and The Lifespan of a Fact. Alex is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, a proud member of ATPAM and a mediocre tennis player.

Jason Snow

Jason serves as business manager, overseeing all business and operational elements of Polk & Co. Prior to this role, Jason was associate choreographer for the world premiere of Waitress (American Repertory Theater/A.R.T); resident director/associate choreographer for Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark; associate director for the world premiere of The Master Builders Singing Club (Guthrie Theater); and associate choreographer for Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame (La Jolla Playhouse/Paper Mill Playhouse). Other Broadway and national tour performance credits include The Little Mermaid, Hairspray, Mamma Mia!, The Music Man and Footloose. Teaching credits include the Broadway Classroom, American Theatre Dance Workshop, The Broadway Artists Alliance and Point Park University, among others.

Kelly Stotmeister

Kelly began her theatrical career over nearly 15 years ago, representing Broadway and touring theatrical productions. She currently represents the Broadway production of Hell’s Kitchen and the upcoming revival of the award-winning play Art starring Bobby Cannavale, James Corden and Neil Patrick Harris. She also represents The Shubert Organization, Broadway Advocacy Coalition and the North American tour of Riverdance 30 – The New Generation.

Hannah Wallace

Hannah began her theatrical career at Bond Theatrical, working on marketing and publicity campaigns for Broadway national tours. She is thrilled to join the team at Polk & Co., where her current roster of clients includes Buena Vista Social Club, Just in Time, The Last Five Years, Perelman Performing Arts Center, and Broadway Advocacy Coalition. ​Originally from California, Hannah holds bachelor's degrees in Theatre Studies and Communications from CSU Fullerton, and a master's degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.  

 

Wayne Wolfe

Wayne began his career in 1990 working for Shirley Herz, and over the past 35 years has worked for Boneau/Bryan-Brown, Mary Bryant, Livent, Barlow/Hartman and The Hartman Group representing 70 Broadway productions and over 100 Off-Broadway productions. Wayne represented the original Broadway productions of Kiss of the Spider Woman, Barrymore, Ragtime, Fosse, The Full Monty, King Hedley II, Sweet Smell of Success, Hollywood Arms, Dance of the Vampires, The Retreat From Moscow, Anna in the Tropics, Lestat, In The Heights, 9 To 5, A Steady Rain, Donny & Marie – A Broadway Christmas, Ann, First Date, Big Fish, Misery, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Pretty Woman, The Bands Visit, Come From Away, Beetlejuice, HangmenA Strange Loop; Life of Pi; New York, New York; The Shark is Broken; Water for Elephants; Death Becomes Her; and Just in Time.
